I'm a Creative Manager with over a decade of experience leading brand and campaign work for large Canadian financial institutions. I operate at the intersection of creative direction and systems thinking — building the processes, teams, and frameworks that let good work scale.

Currently at Sun Life, where I manage a team of designers, writers, and motion specialists across national brand campaigns, sports partnerships, and always-on digital programs. My work spans out-of-home, paid media, social, video, and content — often running in parallel.

I'm drawn to problems that sit between creative and operations: how to move fast without losing quality, how to give teams room to do good work, and how to build creative infrastructure that doesn't require heroics to maintain.
